Dr. Daniel Stegall grew up in Arkansas as the oldest of three siblings. He spent much of his childhood playing sports, which eventually led to the New York Mets drafting him out of high school to play outfield in the minor leagues for four seasons. At this time, Daniel decided to pursue an education at Mississippi State University. While in Starkville, Mississippi, he was one of the quarterbacks on the Bulldogs football team and earning a degree in Biochemistry.
Dr. Stegall received his DDS degree at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, located in Memphis. He stays up-to-date with everything dentistry dedicating numerous hours annually to continuing education with coursework through the Spear Education. Dr. Stegall is certified in Invisalign® orthodontics and the safe administration of nitrous sedation.
He married his wife Paris while in Memphis. Dr. Stegall met Paris while at Mississippi State, where she was the starting setter on the volleyball team. Paris is from Frisco, Texas, and went to Liberty High School before moving off to college.
Daniel and Paris decided to move to Boston, Massachusetts, to start a career in Dentistry and for Paris to study nursing at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Stegall and Paris are looking to start a family, as well as be closer to family and friends, and Dr. Stegall was looking to become a partner/owner of his own dental practice, and they decided there was no better place to be than Texas.
Paris is looking to become a CRNA while Daniel builds a practice in Texas, settling down and making a home with their two dogs Obi and Otis who like being outside on walks or at the park. When he’s got time, Dr. Stegall enjoys hitting the gym and trying out new recipes in the kitchen. (Ask him about competing in Memphis at the World Championship of BBQ.)
