Our Goal
Our goal is to help remove financial barriers so you receive the dental treatment you need and desire. Prior to scheduling any treatment, we are happy to provide patients with an estimate of costs. Many patients have some type of dental insurance and, in the majority of cases, we are able and pleased to assist you in maximizing your benefits.

We collect your insurance information, outline your estimated coverage, and fill out all necessary paperwork for you. We accept and file most
dental insurance, even ones not listed above, so please
contact us about your plan! Insurance companies change frequently, so we're constantly updating our coverage. We look forward to hearing from you so we can provide you with accurate and detailed information regarding your insurance and how we can help you maximize your benefits.
For patients covered by insurance, we will accept assignment of benefits. This means that you sign the portion of your insurance that “assigns” payment to our office. Most dental insurance plans do not cover 100% of treatment costs. It is because of this, and the extreme delay in receiving payment from insurance companies, that you are asked to pay your deductible and your portion of charges when services are provided. Please note that estimates are based on information provided to us by your insurance and are not a guarantee of payment. Only after a claim is submitted and reviewed by your insurance company can final payment be determined.
No Insurance? No Problem!
We offer many options to pay for your dental care. Cash, checks, debit and most major credit cards, as well as Flexible Spending and Health Savings plans are accepted. We have flexible financing options, too, so we can work with you to find a payment plan solution that fits your needs and budget. Our office staff will assist you in applying for any
dental payment plan.

Scheduling
Please download our
new patient forms, print them out, and bring the completed forms to our office to expedite the paperwork at your first visit for your convenience. Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed to download these forms.
We schedule one
patient per
appointment so
you can get the
exclusive,
personal time
with our Garland
dentist and staff that you deserve. We strive to run on time because we understand that you are busy and your time is valuable, only deviating from our schedule in the event of a
dental emergency that needs to be taken care of immediately. We ask you to arrive for your appointments on time as well.
Please call at least two business days in advance for changed appointments. Missed appointments without this notification, or repeated cancellations, will incur cancellation fees. We want to work with you to schedule convenient appointment times for your visits to our office.
To help you remember scheduled appointments, we use
Smile Reminder®. This system enables us to use emails and text messages to your cell phone to conveniently remind you of your appointment weeks, days, or even hours before you are scheduled to visit.
